Please read this before relying on Evenli exports.
Evenli is a co-parenting communication, scheduling and record-keeping platform. The PDFs, JSON files, calendar feeds and other exports you can generate from Evenli are your own copies of activity in the app. They are provided for your personal records, for sharing with people you choose, and to help you keep an organised history of family communication and arrangements.
Not legal, mediation, therapeutic or medical advice
Nothing in Evenli — including AI-generated rewrites, conflict scores, message suggestions, calendar templates, canvas notes, expense calculations or exported PDFs — constitutes legal, mediation, therapeutic, social-care or medical advice. Evenli is not a regulated professional and is not a substitute for one.
Use in legal or regulatory proceedings
Whether and how an Evenli export can be used as evidence in family court, mediation, social services assessments, school or other proceedings is a matter for the relevant court, regulator or professional to decide. Evenli does not warrant the admissibility, completeness or evidential weight of any exported document. You should take your own legal advice before relying on an Evenli export in any formal process.
Accuracy and edits
Evenli timestamps messages, calendar entries, expenses and call logs at the time they are created. Some items can be edited or deleted by users; the export reflects the data at the time it is generated. Messages that have auto-deleted after the 28-day retention window will not appear in later exports — export regularly if you need to keep a long-term archive.
AI suggestions are optional
Evenli uses AI to score messages for tone and offer calmer rewrites. The user always chooses what to send; AI suggestions can be ignored, edited or sent unchanged. Evenli does not guarantee any particular tone, outcome or interpretation of an AI-rewritten message.
